Jennifer Shurts

With over 20 years’ direct sales and sales management experience, Jennifer Shurts has a proven track record of growing revenue for multiple consulting firms and Fortune 50 transportation giant, United Parcel Service. Prior to taking early retirement from UPS, Jennifer was a UPS Sales Director in CA, NJ and the country of Spain.  While leading Sales Training at headquarters for UPS, Jennifer Shurts was certified to instruct a variety of sales, service and leadership programs. Jennifer is master-certified on SPIN Selling and Major Account Sales Strategy and has taught over 7,500 sales professionals these methodologies.  She has successfully increased profits for multiple firms as an individual contributor and leader of up to 200 sales professionals. After retirement from UPS, Jennifer was recruited by Holden Corporation, a consulting firm specializing in sales and marketing effectiveness.  While at Holden Corporation, Jennifer helped improve the sales closure rates of multiple corporations. With an interest in expanding her knowledge beyond sales and marketing effectiveness, she joined Forum Corporation, a world leader in research-based sales, service and leadership training. While at Forum Corporation, Jennifer started up a new market for the company in the Southeastern United States.  She secured Fortune 100 companies like Home Depot and Coca-Cola and received several awards for multi-million dollar successes in business development year over year. In 1999, after starting a family Jennifer embarked on a new venture with a strategic partner.  As Chief Marketing Officer for The Marketing Shop, Jennifer successfully grew and sold the technology based marketing firm in 2012.  With an interest in helping people achieve healthier lifestyles, in 2013, Jennifer completed her certification in Nutrition with the state of Texas and has demonstrated success working in the health & wellness industry. Skilled in nutritional consulting, marketing, sales and sales management, Jennifer Shurts is a strong leader and business development professional. Jennifer has achieved results in multiple industries and has a BA and MA from California State University, Fullerton focused on Business Administration and Marketing.
